Immigration Overview

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada facilitates the arrival of immigrants, provides protection to refugees, and offers programming to help newcomers settle in Canada. It also grants citizenship and issues travel documents to Canadians.

With over 80 immigration programs available, it is essential to select the program that is best suited for your needs and skills.

We would apply our extensive knowledge, skills and experience of all federal and provincial program to assess your eligibility against all these streams and provide you with an assessment tailored to your specific situation.

In order to be eligible for immigration to Canada all applicants must meet the following criteria

01Meet basic program requirements under which the application is being made

02Pass a medical examination

03Pass criminality check and obtain necessary Police clearances

04Pay government applications fees

05Appear for an interview with an immigration official.

The Canadian immigration law is robust, and frequent changes to employment categories, regulations, where to send your application and even the forms make things even more challenging.

But choosing the wrong category to apply in, not knowing about a program that better fits your qualification and experience, sending your application to the wrong visa office, or even using an outdated form can delay your application and cost you unnecessary time and money.
